Close to Pikes Peak stands Cheyenne Mountain, which has the Broadmoor-Cheyenne Highway climbing to its summit, a height of 9,500 feet.  On the side of the mountain stans the beautiful memorial erected to the memory of the late Will Rogers.

This winding road ascends Lookout Mountain from which one may enjoy a view of Denver and surrounding miles of fertile rolling plains.
